"Website" means codingo.sg or any of its accounts on various other platforms such as Carousell.

"Consumer/Customer", "You" or "Yours" refers to anyone submitting, bidding, executing an order, uploading any information, and transferring payments on this website.

"Coding" refers to the act of typing software or program code or written documentation.

"Company," "We," or "Our" refers to codingo.sg website, operated by Codingo Assignments Pte Ltd.

"Messaging System" is the software that ensures uninterrupted communication between the Customer and the Coder, or with a Support Team Representative, typically by means of using "WhatsApp" or any other chat platforms.

"Order" refers to the actual request for a Service sent to our Company by the Customer. It includes particular requirements and a specification of sources to be used in coding. An 'Order' is an electronic request for a paid service from the Customer for a particular coding service. An order specifies the scope of work and other requirements of the Customer regarding the service.

"Order Status" shows the progress of the Order and current position towards completion.

"Service" is the result of an Order, which comes as original content, written and delivered to the Customer in accordance to their inquiry as a digital document.

"Product Revision" is a request sent by the Customer for editing the final version of the product, based on the initial requirements of the order.

"Quality Assurance Department" refers to the Company's structural unit responsible for evaluating and protecting the quality of our Products and Services.

"Support Team or Support" refers to the Company's structural unit responsible for coordinating and assisting the Order process.

"The Coder" is a person employed by the Company as a freelancer who provides research and coding services to the Customer, according to the Company Agreement.

"Balance" refers to the personal account of the Customer within the Company that stores Credits for the Customer. Funds added to their personal balance are done voluntarily to further compensate the price of the order(s) at their own discretion.

The order is placed by completing the Order form provided in the Application or through email or WhatsApp.

The Order form will specify the scope of the work, Order parameters, and delivery terms. It is your personal responsibility to provide exact, full, and final information to each standard Order form section when filling in Our Order form.

Codingo serves as the leading platform in Singapore for students and professionals to engage with freelancers to aid them in their assignments. As such, Codingo's primary responsibility is to ensure that you get a coder/writer best suited for your task.

Upon placing an initial 50% deposit, our sales staff will place you in contact with our chosen coder/writer. At this point, we have already deemed the coder/writer as the best option, but you may wish to request for a change before work starts if you feel the person is not the right fit.

Although by this time we have already conveyed your requirements to the coder/writer, it is the customer's responsibility to check upon the coder/writer frequently to ensure that he is on the right track.

Once the requirements have been solidified and the 50% deposit has been made, the client will be placed into contact with the coder/writer and is expected to remain in contact with the coder/writer until the completion of the assignment.

As Codingo merely serves as a bridge between writer/coders and customers, at this point the coder/writer is in full responsibility of your assignment/task. Codingo and its support staff will step in if any disputes arise and will facilitate within the bounds defined in this document.

When placing an Order, you agree to buy the service from the Company. The Company starts to process your order only after the payment for the service is made and is authorised.

The payment for the service is calculated according to the Company's Pricing and is paid in advance, as stated in the Order form once the scope of work is identified. 50% of the agreed price between the Customer and The Company will be paid initially. The remaining 50% will be paid upon completion of work and before the final product has been transferred to the Customer. The Company is not held responsible for Service delivery until the payment has been made in full and has been authorised.

The Company reserves the right to offer discount and bonus programs to Customers at its own discretion using discount code(s) the Customer can use when filling out the Order form. If the code is not provided in the corresponding section of the Order form, the discount will not be given out by the Company for that particular order.

The Company commits to provide equal access to discount and bonus program information for each Customer in the Company with no exceptions.

Upon Your Order evaluation, the Company may request for additional payment or additional time to work on Your Order, since the impact of the work done to fulfil Your order can only be defined after a manual review is performed. The Customer may decide at their own will to either agree to new Order parameters and Order Total or refuse to cooperate with the Company.

The Coder/Writer assigned is held responsible for the delivery of the service and for meeting the deadline indicated in the order.

It is the Customer's personal responsibility to ensure the availability of delivery channels once the Company has provided the service to the Client. The Company will not be held responsible for an incorrect email address indicated by the Customer in the profile, spam filters, internet outages and general customer negligence to provide communication channels and other contact means which are beyond the control of the Company. The Customer is encouraged to contact Support for any kind of assistance with an Order's Delivery.

The Customer is held responsible for downloading the completed materials in a timely manner after the service has been provided by the Company.

During time constrained scenarios (such as exams), which is usually defined as an order placed before or less than 24hr before the deadline, the company will strive, but cannot fully guarantee that the final work will be 100% complete. It is thus up to the customer's due diligence to communicate with the coder/writer closely with regards to such ad-hoc tasks.

Free amendments are provided to the Customer by the Company to ensure the quality of the product provided and to ensure total Customer satisfaction with the product. To receive a free revision of the product, the Customer has to submit a revision request in written form using the Messaging System or Company's email no later than 24 hours after the Order delivery date. Should the revision deadline be missed, the Customer may have their order revised for additional payment or place an order for editing. In some cases, the Quality Assurance Department can submit free order revision after the revision deadline.

The Quality Assurance Department reserves the right to decline a revision request if the revision instructions violate initial Order instructions. In such cases, the Customer may be requested to pay additionally for the requested changes or place an order for editing.

The Quality Assurance Department reserves the right to decline or limit multiple revision requests if the Customer's behaviour demonstrates obvious exploitation of the Coder and other unreasonable requests.

If the request meets all defined requirements underlined in these Terms and Conditions, our Company will revise the delivered service free of charge.

When making a payment for an Order, you agree it is for personal and non-commercial use only, and the payment you make is a reflection of the time and effort put into conducting relevant research and writing pertaining to your order as well as all the necessary maintenance and administration for Service delivery.

You are not to reproduce, modify, distribute or display the service in any way on the World Wide Web or in the form of a hard copy over a reasonable limit necessary for personal use.

Coders who work on behalf of our Company hand over the ownership of all delivered Products to the Company, that retains full copyright privileges of the Products We provide.

All Products are provided solely as an example of research, reference for learning purposes, or as a sample on how to perform Coding and Research related tasks. All Intellectual Property Rights and Copyright remain with the Company.

The Company has a zero-tolerance policy regarding plagiarism, academic dishonesty, and fraud. We will not be held accountable if such unethical and illegal use of our products and Website content occurs.

We strictly abide by all Copyright laws. Any opposing activity is solely the responsibility of the Customer if they break our Terms and Conditions.

Once you have submitted your order or payment, you agree and acknowledge all of the following points and statements: All our coding products for or by Consumers are solely intended to be used for research, reference, or learning purposes on how to code out a program. All and any information as well as ideas that are used from the provided coded works must be properly cited if they are referenced at a later date.

All consumers agree that all services rendered on this website require payment for the time and effort that are used to gather, organise, correct, edit, and deliver the service to the consumer after completion. Additionally, payment is used to maintain the website for further educational use by our Consumers. Other than a conservative number of printed copies for personal and educational use, the distribution, publication, transmission, modification, display, or derivative works may not be created from the final delivered service by the Company without prior written consent from the Company.

All written products from our freelance consumers automatically transfer all authorship rights and ownership to the Company and/or its partners. You, the consumer, agree to destroy any and all delivered products from the Company after your research/reference purposes for the paper have been completed. No copies for redistributive purposes are allowed nor are our works to be used elsewhere without proper consent or citation.

By using our services, you the consumer agree to receive promotional information such as specials, contests, and discounts from the Company. You may unsubscribe from or subscribe to receiving such information in your profile directly.
